Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Sometimes. It depends on how much of the house we're opening up at once. We'll talk it through at the walkthrough and plan the phases around your family if you're staying.
Do you handle the design, or do we need an architect?
We handle design for most projects. If your job needs stamped drawings for the town, we coordinate that for you.
How do you price a whole-home job?
After the walkthrough we put together a written scope with a line-by-line price, so you can see where the money goes. Most of our projects start at $50K.
