When we started on Queens Court, the yard was overgrown, the windows were boarded up, and the inside was full of what the last owners left behind. The kitchen hadn't been touched in decades.
What we did
Took the house down to the frame and rebuilt the structure
Rebuilt the front porch with new columns, railings, and a paver walkway
New kitchen with a custom wood hood, marble counters, and an island under brass pendants
Red oak floors throughout, with an arched opening between rooms
Living room fireplace with built-in shelving
New bathrooms, including an attic bath with a brass-framed glass shower, plus a powder room
Finished basement with an iron stair railing
