President
James has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial contracting. His deep well of knowledge has been shared with his family and team, and has used on everything from complete home renovations and new hotel builds to commercial space transformations. With co-founder and wife, Raquel, James has built a successful family owned and operated business. Joined by his design and office team run by his own daughters - raised in the world of construction - a team of builders with hands on training and a vast local network of sub-contractors develop the hard way, through work, James truly brings a village to every project. Of late, in addition to a focus on residential design and build renovations, James has focused his fine tuned eye on identifying and investing in low risk, high return residential properties.

Raquel’s life long dream and passion to own and grow a business was combined with her husbands talent and trade in construction over 25 years ago to create JRCC. Since then, she has devoted her life to leading a family business with her daily passion to build relationships and bring her client’s and homeowner’s dreams to life. Raquel has built amazing relationships with contractors making the process of getting the home you want more enjoyable, predictable and most importantly a process you can trust. As a realtor in the state of NJ, Raquel knows the market from buying, selling to flipping of properties as well as a focus on being in tune with the design tastes of today. Her specialty is in building trustworthy relationships between her and any client that comes her way. She combines the process of building with the communication it takes to keep the client at ease by reassuring them that their home is in good hands.
